Study 2: Effect of glucomannan on obese patients: a clinical study
An eight-week double-blind trial was conducted by the National Institute Of Health to test purified glucomannan fiber as a food supplement in 20 obese subjects. Results showed a significant mean weight loss (5.5 lbs) using glucomannan over an eight-week period.

Dosage: Glucomannan fiber (from konjac root) or placebo was given in 1-g doses (two 500 mg capsules) with 8 oz water, 1 h prior to each of three meals per day. Subjects were instructed not to change their eating or exercise patterns.Results: Results showed a significant mean weight loss (5.5 lbs) using glucomannan over an eight-week period. Serum cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly reduced (21.7 and 15.0 mg/dl respectively) in the glucomannan treated group. No adverse reactions to glucomannan were reported.

Just finished my 2nd week of BioAPP and I have lost pounds, which is brillant for me cause I`m a snacker especially at night and that has stopped. My portons are smaller and sometimes I dont even finish it. Have tried other slimming pills but these are the ones that are working the best. ..

I was dubious but they do work, taken as instructed they do suppress my appetite making dieting easier. Along with willpower and a healthy diet I have lost weight even though I haven't all that much to lose. The product does what it says on the box. ..

I have tried various weight loss aid in combination with a healthy balanced diet and an hour of excercise a day but they never really helped increase my weight loss. I tried BioAPP thinking if this didn't work I'd just have to go it alone, but it did work!. My BMI is now a healthy 24.1 and I have never felt better or fitter for that matter ..
