How Does MediGro Work? The Science Behind The Secret!

MediGro is the revolutionary new natural hair growth supplement that has been clinically proven to tackle the problem of hair loss. MediGro contains the unique advanced formulation GroMax™ that provides the essential proteins needed to nourish thinning hair and to encourage existing hair growth.

The revolutionary ingredients work through the bloodstream to provide nourishment to the hair follicles. This stimulates the hair follicles from the resting phase (Telogen) back to the growing phase (Anagen) helping to promote new hair growth.

Who can benefit from MediGro?

Anyone who suffers from abnormal hair loss can benefit from MediGro.
This includes:

  • Hereditary hair loss, male pattern baldness or androgenetic alopecia
  • Hair loss due to a medical disorder or a prescribed medication
  • Hair loss from poor nutrition
  • Hair loss caused by bad hair care techniques
  • Hair loss caused by severe stress such as emotional anxiety, surgery or prolonged illness

Using MediGro to treat hair loss

MediGro is available in tablet form containing patented formulation GroMax™. Two tablets are taken daily and generally, 3 to 6 months of treatment is required before loss of hair can be stabilised. Use has to be continued to sustain the effect.

MediGroGroMax™ - A revolutionary blend of 100% natural hair growth promoting ingredients

GroMax™ has been developed by leading nutritionists and hair loss experts. The ingredients have been carefully formulated with clinical studies to ensure they deliver results. MediGro is recommended by leading Trichologists and hair loss experts across the UK.

  • OptiMSM™ is known to naturally increase the length of your hairs growing phase so that your hair loss rate is dramatically reduced

  • Horsetail promotes hair growth and helps to strengthen hair. It is a good source of silica which is needed by the body to keep hair strong and shiny. Horsetail also promotes blood circulation to the scalp and helps nutrients get to the hair follicle more easily.

  • Kelp contains over 30 minerals and reduces brittleness in individual hair strands. Kelp also helps to produce stronger, healthier looking hair and reduces the amount of thinning.

  • L-arginine has many hair-growth promoting qualities. Hair follicles use nitric oxide to maintain and promote new hair growth and L-arginine produces a substantial amount of nitric oxide. The increase in nitric oxide provides a increase of blood flow to the hair follicles helping to promote new hair growth.

  • Zinc is an essential mineral that is found in almost every cell and is vital for numerous processes in the body. It stimulates the activity of several enzymes and is therefore involved in normal cell growth, healthy immunity and the maintenance of healthy bones and hair.

  • L-lysine is an amino acid which helps the body adsorb iron and zinc. Iron and zinc are vital for normal hair growth and have been shown to inhibit the enzyme that causes alopecia. Recent studies have reported remarkable hair growth in those suffering hair loss.

  • Biotin, also known as Vitamin B7, is used by the body to develop new skin cells. Biotin appears to metabolize fatty acids which are valuable growth components in the many processes in the body, including the hair. Biotin strengthens hair stands, prevents breakage and may also slow down hair loss.

  • Spirulina is rich in protein helping to maintain healthy, shiny hair.

Recent Studies: OptiMSM™ speeds up hair growth

OptiMSM™ is a premium, distilled MSM of high potency. MSM helps produce collagen, keratin and protein which are essential for healthy hair growth. Now, new studies have shown that MSM not only promotes hair growth but can also slow down the time between hair cycles.

Your hair grows in three cycles:

On average, the adult head has 100,000 individual strands of hair and most people will shed between 40 and 120 of these per day. The reason for this is that hair growth follows a cycle. Cleverly named the hair growth cycle, it features three phases in which old hairs must be released to make way for new ones.

  1. Growing (Anagen Phase) - The hair actively grows. Normally lasts 2-8 years and grows up to 10 cm a year.
  2. Transitional (Catagen Phase) - This is the transitional period where the hair follicle shrinks and the lower part of the follicle is destroyed. Normally lasts 2-4 weeks.
  3. Resting (Telogen phase) - The hair no longer grows and after 2-4 months the hair falls out and the follicle enters the anagen/growing phase again.

Male pattern baldness occurs when the growing phase of the hair becomes shorter and the resting phase becomes longer. There is also an increasing amount of time between the end of the resting phase and the next growth phase, meaning that fewer hairs regrow.

Each and every hair on your head is in one of these phases at all times. If your growing phase lasts two years, and your hair normally grows half an inch per month, your hair will only grow 12 inches before entering the resting phase. (24 months x inch per month).

OptiMSM™ is known to naturally increase the length of your hairs growing phase so that your hair loss rate is dramatically reduced. This means the growing phase could last up to three years. If your hair grows half an inch per month, your hair will grow 18 inches before entering the resting phase. (36 months x 1/2 inch per month)

Recommended By Professionals To Use Alongside Regaine

By supplementing Regaine with MediGro you can almost double the effects of your hair loss treatment. This is because both components work synergistically together to contribute to healthy hair growth which helps to prevent baldness and thinning hair.

How to cope with hair lossDaily Mail
How to cope with hair loss

The most common type of hair loss can be triggered by life changing events such as moving home, a bereavement or pregnancy, leading to overall thinning of the hair.

If nutrient levels are low it will be expressed through the hair. Hair follicles rooted in the scalp need to be surrounded by a rich supply of blood to ensure they are sufficiently nourished.

'Hair loss represents low mineral status, specifically lack of zinc, selenium, calcium, sodium and potassium,' says Maria Griffiths of the Institute of Optinum Nutrition.

Eat plenty of zinc from meat and oysters, magnesium found in green leafy vegetables and vitamin C from fresh fruit. A Mediterranean diet full of essential fatty acids - a mixture of minerals and amino acids vital for the formation of keratin, a highly fibrous and resistant protein that makes up nails and hair - is recommended. Drink plenty of water to flush out any build up of toxins in the body's system.
Kelp - helps regulate thyroid gland, healthy skin and hairDaily Mail
Kelp - helps regulate thyroid gland, healthy skin and hair

Kelp is a seaweed that extracts components from seawater and concentrates them in its frond-shaped leaves, making it an abundant source of vitamins and minerals like iodine, potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron.

One of the benefits claimed for kelp is that its abundance of vitamins and minerals can promote healthy hair and skin

What causes hair loss? What causes hair loss?

Abnormal hair loss means you're losing more hairs than are being replaced. If this is the case, you'll probably be able to see more of your scalp than you used to, or you'll notice more hair than normal clogging up the plughole.

There are many reasons that could be to blame - a medical disorder, prescribed medication, poor nutrition, bad hair care techniques or severe stress such as emotional anxiety, surgery or prolonged illness.

But the most common cause representing 95% of hair loss is a hereditary condition known as hereditary hair loss, male pattern baldness, or androgenetic alopecia. This is where the genes and hormones in your body have a shrinking effect on your hair follicles, making them ineffective at growing new hairs.

About hereditary hair loss

If someone's parents or grandparents suffered from hair loss, the chances are that you will too. The trigger that causes this type of baldness is thought to be related to an increased sensitivity to the hormone dihydrotestosterone (DHT).

As people get older, DHT is thought to act on the hair follicles that make the hair, causing them to shrink. The result is that the hairs become short and thin so they are barely visible to the naked eye. Eventually, the hair follicles shut down completely and no more hair is produced. Bald areas appear as old hair falls out and is no longer replaced by new hairs.

Living with Hair Loss

Losing hair affects people in different ways. Some people simply accept the fact as a natural process of getting older, while for others it can have a dramatic effect on their self-esteem particularly if they are young.

Useful Tips:

  • Don't blow-dry your hair using a high heat setting
  • Avoid using harsh chemical dyes
  • Use a gentle shampoo and conditioner
  • Allow things to settle down after prolonged illness, drug treatment, chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
  • A very short haircut can detract from a receding hairline
  • A layered haircut can make your hair look thicker

This product has made an enormous difference to my life - I hated anyone even standing behind me because I felt that they were looking at my hair - at work I insisted that my desk be the one with its back to the wall so that no one would sit behind me..and now it has all changed. My hairdresser will confirm that my hair is now much much thicker and I have no embarrassment any more. ..
